"The Zero Emissions City of the Future" video provides a conceptual view of the zero emissions city of the future, based upon development and deployment of various zero emissions technologies. It explains the important concepts being developed to address greenhouse gas emissions in a variety of energy systems. Felix Resources will present an overview of their projects in NSW and Queensland as well as their Ultra Clean Coal technology.

Queensland: Yarrabee Coal Mine; they are currently developing the $68m Minerva project.
NSW: Aston Coal Mine - commencing the $95m U/G project; Moolarben lease - plans for an $80m O/C and $150m U/G mine.

The Gladstone Centre for Clean Coal will be having their official launch at the Gladstone Engineering Centre, CQUniversity, Gladstone on the 6th of July. It will begin at 10:15AM and finish at 11:30AM. The centre will be opened by CQPA General Manager, Leo Zussino with guest speaker Professor Snow Barlow.

Moranbah North Mine has 5 Apprentices and Trainees as finalists for a variety of awards at the MRAEL 2004 Awards (sponsored by the Qld Govt - Dept of Employment Training & Industrial Relations). The ceremony will be held at the Mackay Entertainment Centre on Monday the 4th October at 6.30pm.
